- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Damaged, worn, or customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
